After being signed by Sony Music, Aslay has been releasing song after song. Just like Mbosso, Aslay was a member of the Yamoto Band. Although his manager once claimed that Aslay’s music career was sometimes affected by women and alcohol, Aslay refuted the claims. He was the leader of the Yamoto Band, and the group did amazing work when they were together. Working with Sony was one of Aslay’s long-term dreams, and he believes he is in safe hands. At one point, Diamond Platnumz wanted to work with Aslay, but he refused the invitation to work with Wasafi Label.
